Member Tour Events

Wildlife Waystation is not open to the public. Please become a member and join one of our tours to visit.

Members-Only Tours

Thank you for being part of our Wildlife Waystation family! One of the benefits of being a member is the opportunity to tour the facility. Wildlife Waystation welcomes members and their guests to sign up for our scheduled docent-guided tours. Tours of Wildlife Waystation are only offered to our current members and their guests 18 years of age or older.

Now for a limited time, twilight tours are back on the schedule!

Twilight tours offer a special glimpse at our sanctuary as the sun sets. New animals emerge and the night chorus of howls and growls begins. Twilight tours begin at 6 pm on select dates starting in April.

Membership comes with Sponsorship of any animal or a minimum donation of $50.00 over the past 12 months. If you are not a member, please click below to become a member. Membership is required to book a tour. Register online or call to book a tour at (818) 686-6681.

Group Discount

Four groups of 10 or more, the ticket price per person is reduced to $30 ea. At least one person of the visiting group must be a member to purchase tickets. You must call in to book your group tour: (818) 686-6681. Subject to availability.

General Information:

  • Member tour tickets are: $40.00 per person
  • All tour visitors to Wildlife Waystation must be 18 years or older, no exceptions.
  • Closed-toed shoes are mandatory
  • Tours are a walk through of the heart of our facility along with a presentation about our history, mission, and plans for the future which may also include an educational Q&A with some of our animals.
  • The tour is a 1.5 hour guided, walking tour. The pathways are uneven and rocky, participants must be able to navigate and walk on unimproved land.
  • Our tour spots are limited, so you must pre-register prior to coming out.
  • Please arrive and check-in at least 15 min early.  The tour program will start promptly at the scheduled time.
  • Dress in layers for changing weather in the spring and fall. Summers can get very hot. Sunglasses and hats are recommended.
  • Please bring water as it gets hot and dry in the summer

Tours are subject to weather. In the event of extreme weather, please call ahead of time to ensure that the tours are still scheduled.

What to do when you get here:

  • Park in the large (visitor/volunteer) lot across from the main gate
  • Check in at the office; the staff and volunteers will be there to greet you!
  • A van will take groups down to the Oasis where the tours will start.
  • There will be restrooms at the upper parking lot near check in and in the Oasis near the beginning and the end of the tour.

We are off Hwy 210 at Osborne and head up approx 5 miles on Little Tujunga Canyon Rd.

Please leave your dogs at home, they cannot take the tour with you and it can get much too hot for them to wait in the car.
